Know Your Strengths Part 3

So far I have shared the results of my DISC assessment and the VIA Strengths Finder. Today, I will share the results of the Clifton Strengths Finder.

Context

Enjoys thinking about the past. They understand the present by researching its history. You regularly expand your knowledge base.

Strategic

People who are especially talented in the strategic theme create alternate ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues. You are quite adept with language. You express yourself with ease and grace.

Analytical

You search for reasons and causes. You have the ability to think about all the factors that might affect a situation.

Learner

You have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. The process of learning excites you.

Individualization

You are intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. You have the gift for figuring out how people who are different can work productively together.

Clifton comes closest to the DISC I believe. The book that comes with the test is also a great tool to help you dive into your categories. Here you see the recurring themes or leadership, strategic and analytical thinking and learning.

Next time we will review the findings from CultureLink.
